Minimum age
Traintrack is intended exclusively for users aged 16 and over. Use by children under the age of 16 is not permitted. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Prohibited content
Content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Traintrack. Such content is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
Content moderation
All images uploaded to the platform are automatically checked for inappropriate content. Content that violates our guidelines is blocked and, where appropriate, reported.
Reporting violations
Users can report inappropriate content directly in the app. For reports concerning the safety of minors, the following contact address is available:

We respond to such reports within 24 hours.
Handling of reported violations
If CSAM or other content relevant to child safety is suspected:
- the content concerned is removed immediately
- the account concerned is suspended
- a report is made to the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) or the competent law enforcement authorities
