Terms of Participation for the “Invite Friends” Prize Draw
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by EastsitePlatforms UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Seckenheimer Landstraße 7, 68163 Mannheim, represented by its managing directors Finn Prietzel and Felix Hüsgen, e-mail: support@traintrackapp.de. Apple and Google are neither organisers nor sponsors of the prize draw and are not associated with it in any way.
2. Participation
You can take part if you have a Traintrack account and are at least 16 years old. Participation is free of charge and does not depend on purchasing a subscription. Employees of the organiser are excluded.
3. Period
The prize draw ends on 31 December 2026 at 11:59 pm.
4. Tickets
You get one ticket for each successful invitation. An invitation is successful if, by the end of the prize draw, a new person registers with Traintrack via your invitation link or with your username as the inviter. Accounts that you create yourself or that are created only for tickets do not count.
5. Prize
We draw one winner from all tickets. The winner receives €500 by bank transfer.
6. Draw and notification
After the end of the prize draw, we draw the winner at random from all valid tickets. Every ticket has the same chance. We notify the winner in the app and, where applicable, also by e-mail. We only name the winner’s username on Instagram if they agree.
7. Exclusion
Anyone who manipulates the prize draw, for example with self-created accounts, or breaches the Terms and Conditions may be excluded from it. Any prize is then forfeited.
8. Data protection
Which data we store for the prize draw and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, sections 3.3 and 6.
